Our Goal

A poverty and hunger-free country, where no person sleeps on the street in hunger.

“In a land of hunger, the earth is miserable; the full moon seems like roasted bread” – Sukanto Bhattacharya. What does this line mean? He means that for a hungry person, the beauty of earthly life is worthless. To live a normal life, a person must be provided with their basic rights; there is no alternative.

We believe that every person has the right to live with their basic rights. In Bangladesh, 20.5% of the population lives below the poverty line. Our foundation started its journey in 2017 with a strong commitment to improving the living standards of these people and realizing the dream of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, for a hunger-free Sonar Bangla. We earnestly seek your interest and cooperation in this small effort. We are waiting for you on this journey to build the dream Sonar Bangla.
